About Our Group
Premier Group was founded by Group Chairman Mr. Mohan Gupta, a Bachelor of Science, in the year of 1984 with flagship company in the name of Premier Seals Private Limited engaged in the business of manufacturing rubber automotive components for the original equipment manufacturers ( OEMs ) like TML, M&M, Ford, GM, Ashok Leyland, Volvo Eicher, Piaggio, Force Motors, TVS etc. With the legacy of 35 years in the Indian Automotive Industry today the group has 5 different business divisions in its portfolio. The group is highly focused & committed to grow YOY in the Indian Automotive Industry.

The group currently has operations in various sectors such as manufacturing Automotive Components for OEMs, Asix Corporation an authorized distributor for DuPont, SK Chem & LG Chem, Automotive Polymer Raw materials, AMG Corporation – Automotive Parts distribution in after market and Sky Spares Pvt. Ltd., distributors of Hyundai Spare Parts in Mumbai.

In the year 2009, with second generation, Mr. Akash Gupta (Bachelor of Business Administration & MBA from S.P. Jain) joined family business. Ever since the group has expanded its horizon and has always aimed to capture high octane growth in the all 5 business divisions of the group and are continuously exploring to add new verticals in the portfolio.

Autoji Motors LLP with trade name Mira Hyundai is one of new vertical founded by Mr. Akash Gupta with his long term vision & passion to enter B to C automobile business. Mira Hyundai has it’s elegant and classy Hyundai Car showroom at Mumbai Bangalore Highway at Warje and it’s world class after sales service facility at Warje- Shivane.
Keeping Customer Service and Customer Delight on top of mind, the way of working guided by management is “Devoted to Serve”. And truly so the staff is all out and endeavor to create that level of customer experience.
Today, time & again, the group has evolved as one of the most promising & prudent one in the Indian Automotive Industry. The group has a robust centrally managed set of promoters within the family who are involved in strategic decisions, policy making, long term-short term investments decisions, principal management, monitoring & reviewing, where as there is a management deployed locally at every unit to run & govern the daily operations.
